Mid 2018, I was fresh from university, broke, and clueless about what my life was going to be about. Was I to look for a job or work on my own thing? However, regardless of the indecision, one thing I was sure about was, that I wanted to create content on YouTube. Fun fact, I started as an entertainment creator drinking raw eggs, doing pranks with my little brother, and attempting fun challenges with friends.
Today, ONR is an education platform on YouTube with a growing audience of knowledge seekers from all over Africa. ONR is dedicated to helping the African youth, learn various skills on how to start and build businesses, and different ways they can invest their money to create wealth and come out of the poverty-mentality complex.

Where do I start?
March has been T for tough. Have you ever been at a place in your career, business or job where you feel like you aren't sure of what you are doing and if what you are doing is right for you? It's like, you know what you are doing but at the same time you don't.👀
Well, that was me.
2023, I had ENERGY! I am telling you, I was ready to get started with the new year, continue smashing my goals, double our revenues, make grander investments, and turn the whole house upside down.
But somewhere at the end of February, my soul was unsettled. My mind was not moving at the pace I am used to. I could tell that, inside of me, I was not happy, that I wasn't enjoying what I was doing. It wasn't the same anymore, and I crumbled.
I took a whole week off to soul search and reflect. It felt like I was stuck in a forest with a map and a compass but I did not know, how to use them to get myself back to the right path. Anyway, before I loose you with this long thread...
I took time off. I talked to friends and family, I even went to a comedy show. I also went live and shared with you guys how I felt, and slowly by slowly, I am trying to remind myself how to use my compass and map again. It's a constant battle of fear, and excitement, but I am not one to succumb to either.
I am writing all this for 2 reasons only.
Reason 1 - For Future Olly. She will read this, and remember how that week felt, and she will be so damn proud of this Olly, for making the shift, changing things up, risking it all, doing it afraid and never giving up regardless.
Reason 2 - For You! The one or two who have read this whole monologue. I know you've read it because it's either you are going through something or you exactly know what I am talking about and how it feels. I want to tell you, to scroll to slide 2 - to remind yourself, it's just a small setback to an upward curve. I know the feeling sucks, but YOU'VE GOT THIS. WE'VE GOT THIS.💪🏾🤝🏾 Find your way out!
Anyway, bye for now and let's smash the coming months together. I know Quarter 1 is almost coming to an end, but guess what, we still have 2, 3 and 4 so, let's make good use of them.
